The Creative Lady Collective was founded in 2014 by designer Jess Levitz.
In addition to her work with CLC, Jess co-runs the design studio Shoppe Theory and is a mom of two littles living in New York City. She started CLC (formerly Freelance Wisdom) because she saw a huge need for an online community to help support the growing population of independent creative freelancers & small business owners. Our goal is to not only help women thrive in their businesses, but to also kindle their creative spirit.
